RESERVATION RULES

The bookings can be made on the website of the campsite. In case of mail, electronic mail, telephone or fax, one receives a reservation form, which must be signed and sent back within 15 days from date of the offer. Please, specify the overall number of people, children included. (Changes in the reservation must be written to the office within 10 days before arrival and have to be confirmed by this) Additions to the number of booked peolple are subject to consent of management. In the event of interruption of the booked stay, the client will be liable for payment of the whole booked period (pitch+people or lodging). It is to pay all the period also if you arrive later or leave earlier then booked. The Management reserves the right to make use of the place which is left empty. Payment of the balance due for the entire period of stay must be performed within 4 days of occupation.

Booking of pitches: While not obligatory, it is advisable to book for the period from 10.07 to 20.08 and from 25.12 to 06.01; down payment: it corresponds to about 30% of the amount.

Cancellations: in case of cancellations, which we must receive in written form before the 30th day before arrival, we shall retain only the reservation costs, before the 20th day 30% of down payment, before 15th day 80% and after this time 100%.

Booking of appartaments: min. stay 7 days in high season. Cribs for infants are included in the price if they are requested in due time. Down payment: it corresponds to about 30% of the amount. At arrival, clients are due to pay € 100,00 as a deposit (which is given back on departure day after inspection of inventory, cleanliness and any damage that has been caused: who lives out of office-time, don't receive its deposit back. Each type of bungalow, with number assigned by Management, is delivered after 4.00 p.m., clean and tidy. Departure date is within 10.00 a.m.
